In compliance with UK government legislation regarding ‘Distance Selling’ as of Novemeber 2024, I commit to the following requirements:

Before an order is placed

I must provide:

• Business name, contact details, and address
• Description of goods for sale
• The price ( including tax)
• How a customer may pay
• Delivery arrangements (how long goods will take to arrive and additional cost of postage and packing will be confirmed by email)
• Conditions for money given as a deposit for commissioned work

Right to cancel

• The customer may cancel their order up to 14 days after their order has been despatched
• I am required to offer a refund if told within 14 days of customer receiving goods that they wish to cancel The customer has 14 days to return the goods. I am required to refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back on the condition they are in a re-saleable condition
• The customer will pay for return

Commissions

• A 25% deposit is required to secure a commission. Deposits are non refundable
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the finished commission being despatched
• I will agree a date of completion
• I own the copyright for all of my artwork
